ROLLFREEZER high-speed door is the first in the industry to solve the problem of self-frosting. The freezer with patented double curtain structure technology, effectively prevents air leakage.

Two-layer structure

By bringing the temperature of the middle and outer panels closer to the inside temperature, the high-speed rolling door can minimize the temperature difference between the inside and outside, thereby preventing air flow outside ingress. This reduces the risk of condensation and heat loss through the joints.

Humidity and temperature control function

The temperature sensor in the high-speed rolling door will activate the heating function, helping to regulate the internal temperature, preventing the temperature difference between the inside and the outside. This function helps maintain a stable temperature and respond quickly to environmental changes.

Measures to prevent condensation

High speed rolling door is equipped with an internal fan that blows air to prevent condensation on the internal surface. If any condensation occurs, the internal heating plate will evaporate the water and release it outside, preventing water from dripping down.

Three-layer structure

High-speed rolling doors are equipped with highly insulated aluminum panels and inner plastic panels, along with a heat-retaining layer underneath, which helps to minimize heat transfer through the panels.

NOTE

The test was performed on December 26, 2023, under the conditions of an outside air temperature of 41.5°C and a humidity of 66.7%.

The temperature difference between inside and outside was measured using temperature and humidity sensors, and the results showed no condensation.
